Meet Chap — a 4-year-old charmer with a fresh start.
Chap came to Evergreen Pug Rescue from one of our outreach areas, where help is limited but the need is high. Despite his uncertain past, Chap has shown nothing but heart — and he’s now settling into a new chapter through our foster-to-adopt program.
His foster family is giving him the love, structure, and cozy couch time he deserves while we make sure it’s a perfect long-term fit. So far? He’s fitting in like he’s always belonged.
Chap is proof that second chances (and soft landings) change everything.
