Still waiting… and still wagging.
We can't believe that Hugo, our frosted-faced sweetheart, hasn’t found his forever yet. At 13 years old, this gentle pug mix is everything you could want in a senior sidekick — calm, house-trained, cat-approved, and a total pro at cozy companionship.
Hugo has settled beautifully into his foster home, where he’s loving life with his foster family and his fellow furry companions. He’s a happy boy who adores soft beds, warm laps, and tail-wagging greetings when his favorite humans walk in the room. His foster dad’s lap? Absolutely claimed.
He’s still waiting on a much-needed dental, but here’s the good news: his liver values are trending in the right direction. With a little more time (and a lot of love), we’re hopeful he’ll be ready soon. And when that time comes, Evergreen Pug Rescue will fully cover his dental at our vet in Bellevue, WA.
