Meet Bosley

Approximately 8 years old | California-to-Washington transplant | Full of character and charm

Bosley is a sweet, expressive pug who’s been through a big transition after the loss of his person. Thanks to a team of caring humans (and a flight courtesy of Pilots N Paws), he’s now settling into foster life with Evergreen Pug Rescue and showing us just how much personality one little pug can have.

He’s got a lot going for him:

• Loves being brushed — it’s his favorite thing
• Smart and agile — don’t let his current body condition fool you
• Great with cats — respectful and calm
• Has a soft, polite bark — often used when he hears you coming home
• Barks at sneezes, which is genuinely hilarious
• Struts his stuff on leash like he owns the place — classic little man syndrome

Bosley is still adjusting, so he’ll thrive in a home that understands pugs and gives him the time and space he needs:

• May guard high-value treats like bones
• Can be leash reactive, especially on familiar walking routes (he seems to think it’s his turf)
• Is not amenable to eye or ear medications, especially on the left side, which may be causing some discomfort
• Has some separation anxiety and may bark when left alone

Bosley is affectionate, funny, and full of personality. He’s looking for a calm, pug-savvy home that will honor his boundaries, support his needs, and appreciate his quirks. In return, he’ll offer loyalty, companionship, and a whole lot of love.
