Maverick is a 7-year-old gentle giant with a calm, loving personality and truly impeccable manners. He’s a quiet guy who isn’t much of a barker, and he does wonderfully with dogs, cats, kids, and adults of all ages. Maverick also has a special fondness for men and brings a steady, peaceful presence wherever he goes.
He settled into foster care quickly and had the routine down within just a couple of days. Maverick is now fully potty trained, eager to please, and happiest when he’s close to his people—whether that’s enjoying cozy naps or tagging along as a loyal companion.
Maverick is a big boy who could benefit from shedding a few pounds, so he’s looking for a home that enjoys regular walks and is mindful of treat intake. He’s more than happy to be your walking buddy and will thrive with a little structure and lots of love.
