Accidental Pregnancy – My Last Litter Program

An unexpected pregnancy doesn’t define you. What happens next matters.

Sometimes life surprises you, and you’re left facing an accidental pregnancy unsure of what to do next.

We know veterinary costs — even for routine spay — can be overwhelming, and finances sometimes delay the best-laid plans.

If you’re reaching out, you’re already trying to do right by your dog. That matters. At Evergreen Pug Rescue, you’ll be met with compassion — not judgment — and a clear, responsible path forward to protect your dog and every puppy involved.

My Last Litter Program

Reach out, and we’ll walk through this together.

Your dog stays with you. She remains in her home, surrounded by her family, throughout her pregnancy and while raising her puppies. We provide guidance every step of the way — from preparing for whelping to caring for newborns — so you feel supported and informed.

Our goal is stability for mom and safety for the puppies.

When the puppies are old enough — or sooner if your situation requires — they will come into Evergreen Pug Rescue’s care. From there, we handle veterinary care, responsible screening and placement, ensuring each puppy goes to a safe, loving home with a spay or neuter agreement so the breeding cycle ends with them.

Once mom is medically cleared after weaning, we will have her spayed and return her right back home to you. If the father is in the home, we will neuter him as well.

There is no cost to you for these procedures.

This program is about keeping your dog where she belongs, protecting every puppy’s future, and making sure this truly is her last litter — with compassion, accountability, and long-term prevention at the center.

If you’re facing an unexpected litter, don’t wait.
