Meet Luxe!
Luxe is a beautiful 13-pound fawn pug with the sweetest little face and a gentle, more reserved personality. At approximately 16-18 months of age, she is still discovering how wonderful it is to be loved and cared for.
Luxe and her sister, Lainey, came to us from California after their family could no longer care for them. When they were first picked up, both girls were terrified and seemed unfamiliar with being held or receiving affection. After a warm bath, a thorough vet exam, and lots of TLC from their foster family, they began to relax and show their true personalities.
Luxe is playful and puppy-like, has a wonderful appetite, and now happily accepts affection. She is more reserved than her sassy sister and feels most comfortable watching Lainey take the lead. As she settles into foster care, she’ll have the chance to build confidence, become more independent, and discover just how wonderful life can be.
Luxe has already made so much progress in a short time. With patience, love, and encouragement, we know this sweet girl will continue to blossom into the confident little pug she was meant to be.
Her gentle nature and adorable face are sure to steal someone’s heart.
